Connect Shopify, WhatsApp, Delhivery, Razorpay and Facebook Ads to Kwikfy in a few minutes each. Step-by-step below.
Sync orders, customers and products automatically.
Log in to your store and go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
Click Develop apps → Allow custom app development → Create an app. Name it 'Kwikfy'.
Open Configuration → Admin API access scopes and enable: read_orders, read_products, read_customers, read_fulfillments, read_inventory. Save.
Go to API credentials → Install app → then Reveal token once. Copy the Admin API access token (starts with shpat_).
In Kwikfy go to Settings → Integrations → Shopify. Paste your Shop domain (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com) and the Access token. Click Connect. Orders start syncing instantly.
Run a shared inbox, auto order-updates and campaigns.
Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → type Business.
Add the WhatsApp product. In API Setup you'll see your test number and a temporary token.
Add and verify your business phone number. Copy the Phone Number ID.
Create a System User in Meta Business Settings, assign the app, and generate a permanent access token with whatsapp_business_messaging.
In Kwikfy go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. Paste the Phone Number ID and Access token, then Connect. (Tip: a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider can also give you these values.)
Track shipments, get NDR alerts and reconcile COD.
Log in to your Delhivery One seller panel.
Open Settings → API / Integrations (or contact your Delhivery account manager for API access).
Generate / copy your API token (key).
In Kwikfy go to Settings → Integrations → Shipping → Delhivery. Paste the API key and click Connect. Shipment tracking and NDR alerts begin automatically.
Sync payments, settlements and auto-reconcile.
Log in at dashboard.razorpay.com.
Open Settings → API Keys.
Click Generate Key. Copy the Key Id (starts with rzp_live_) and the Key Secret (shown once — save it).
In Kwikfy go to Settings → Integrations → Payments → Razorpay. Paste the Key Id and Key Secret, then Connect. Payments and settlements reconcile automatically.

Go to business.facebook.com → Ads Manager.
In Ads Manager, copy your Ad Account ID (a number, sometimes shown as act_XXXXXXXX).
In Business Settings → System Users, create a system user, assign your ad account, and Generate Token with ads_read permission.
In Kwikfy go to Settings → Integrations → Marketing → Facebook. Paste the Ad Account ID and Access token, then Connect. Ad spend and ROAS sync daily.
