Data Deletion

Satwan Private Limited ("we") respects your right to control your data. This page explains how merchants and their customers can request deletion of personal data we hold through the Kwikfy Service, in line with Meta Platform requirements and applicable law.
1. What data can be deleted
- Your Kwikfy account profile (name, email, phone, login).
- Your business data stored in your isolated tenant database (orders, customers, products, analytics).
- WhatsApp message history and contact data processed through your connected WhatsApp Business number.
- Any data obtained via Meta/Facebook Login or the WhatsApp Business Platform during Embedded Signup.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] from your registered account email with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your business name and registered email. You may also request deletion from within the dashboard by contacting support.
3. What happens next
- We verify the request against your account email.
- We permanently delete your account and your tenant database, including WhatsApp and integration data, within 30 days.
- We disconnect any linked Meta/WhatsApp, Shopify, payment and courier integrations so no further data is exchanged.
- Certain records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. tax/invoice records), and are deleted once the legal retention period ends.
4. Customers of a merchant
If you are an end customer who received a WhatsApp message from a business using Kwikfy and want your data removed, reply STOP to opt out, or email [email protected] and we will route your request to the relevant merchant and remove your contact data from our systems.
