Privacy Policy

Kwikfy is a product operated by Satwan Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). Kwikfy is a WhatsApp Business and e-commerce operations platform (the "Service") that lets online merchants connect their store, courier, payment and WhatsApp Business accounts to manage orders and communicate with their customers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: business name, email, phone number and login credentials of the merchant who signs up.
• Business data from connected integrations: when a merchant connects their Shopify store, courier, payment gateway or WhatsApp Business account, we receive order, product, customer and shipment information needed to provide the Service.
• WhatsApp messages: messages sent to and received from a merchant's customers through the merchant's own connected WhatsApp Business number, including delivery and read status.
• Usage data: log data, device/browser info and actions taken in the dashboard.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service (dashboards, analytics, order management).
• To send WhatsApp order notifications (confirmation, shipping, delivery) and to power two-way customer chat — only on behalf of, and as instructed by, the merchant, and only to recipients with a lawful basis/opt-in.
• To provide customer support and ensure security and compliance.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. Each merchant connects their own WhatsApp Business Account. Message data is processed to deliver messages and is handled in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

4. Facebook Login for Business

We use Facebook Login for Business solely to power WhatsApp Embedded Signup — the flow that lets a merchant securely connect their own WhatsApp Business Account and phone number to the Service. Through this flow we receive only the WhatsApp Business Account and phone-number identifiers needed to send and receive messages on the merchant's behalf. We do not request or collect a user's email or public_profile, we do not access personal Facebook profile data, and we do not post to Facebook on the user's behalf. The access token obtained during signup is used only to operate the merchant's WhatsApp Business integration.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to provide the Service: with Meta/WhatsApp to deliver messages, and with the merchant's connected providers (e.g. Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners). We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data Security & Retention

Each merchant's data is isolated in a separate database. We use access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS) and server-side secret storage. We retain data while the account is active and delete it on request or after account closure, subject to legal requirements. See our Data Deletion page.

7. Your Rights & Opt-Out

Merchants and their customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Customers can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time; opt-out requests are honoured and such contacts are excluded from further messaging.
