Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions of the Kwikfy Service, operated by Satwan Private Limited. Subscription payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

Kwikfy is offered on monthly plans. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the plan fee for the billing period is charged at the time of purchase and the plan activates immediately.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from My Plan & Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.

4. WhatsApp / Third-Party Charges

WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta, and any third-party (Shopify, courier, gateway) fees, are separate from your Kwikfy subscription and are not refundable by us.
