These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kwikfy platform (the "Service"), operated by Satwan Private Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kwikfy provides an e-commerce operations and WhatsApp Business communication platform for merchants, including order management, analytics, and WhatsApp messaging via each merchant's own connected WhatsApp Business Account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to connect any store, payment, courier or WhatsApp account you link.

4. Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown in your account. Subscription payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta may apply and are the merchant's responsibility. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (Meta/WhatsApp, Shopify, payment gateways, courier partners). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satwan Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Message delivery depends on third-party providers (Meta, telecom networks) and is not guaranteed.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable policies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
